501 (c)(3) and IRS Tax Status

ICON Charities, Inc is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization registered in the US to undertake charitable activities based on the teachings of Christ's love for all.

ICON Charities is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions made to ICON Charities Inc are deductible under section 170 of the code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the code.

ICON Charities is classified as a public charity under the Code section(s) and has the 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) public charity status.
